We did a fundraiser with this Panera Bread and we under estimated the number of people we were going to have show up. We had more than double the participants in our fundraiser compared to what we expected and Panera was understaffed because of our mistake. The staff was hit with order after order for several hours and backed up but the team leader stayed positive and the staff gracious and professional. The place was hopping but the workers were stressed. The manager Donna was just walking back forth doing bare minimum despite having so many orders all at once.
