We are there last night about 6:20 PM arrival 02/22. Unfortunately, they ran out of sourdough bread for my Bacon, Avocado & Cheese full sandwich & substituted Tomato Basil. 😳 I asked for French Onion Soup in a Bread Bowl , however, they ran out of Bread Bowls. We moved down to get a Green Tea and the containers were missing(apparently they were being cleaned 🤬Great idea in the middle of dinner time 🤬) The soda machine had 2 soda guns out of order last night, I haven’t been back to this Panera Bread in quite a while and I guess it will be a lot longer until I return the next time. Note: To Manager On Duty last night. You may want to plan your bread making to last through the evening. You can always give any leftover bread to social service organizations. If you can’t fix the soda machines…hire someone who can or have them maintained on a regular basis. I also agree that the soup bowl being half full is not a good look. Not just in this location but other locations the new receipt means cheaper and less exciting one. Example is the change of the arugula and kale in the meditaranian dish. It is so dull now . One can make the same thing at home for half a price. Waste of money. They are cutting out little more expensive ingredients but selling it for same price or more than before. They used to be good on online orders, but recently they forgot few things, I didn’t notice when I get home and I give them a call they told me to go back and get it.(I definitely don’t have time for that!) Probably will order from somewhere else. Recommended dishes Flatbread Pizza
