Panera bread Company is one of my go to when I’m traveling for coffee, and meetings on zoom. The staff at this Panera bread company was excellent… The Wi-Fi sucked… It dropped every 20 minutes or so and I had to reconnect my zoom groups. Everything about my visit was enjoyable. The food was delicious and the manager, Riley was the sweetest part. She was knowledgeable, professional and extremely kind. I had the Black Forest ham melt and for the size of the sandwich, there’s not enough meat. Another 50% portion might be appropriate. The restaurant is in dire need of an update. Many of the booth seats are badly worn and in need of recovering. The seat backs are stained and look like they’re overlooked with regular cleaning. The men’s room appeared to have more than a couple of days layers of grime on the urinal and sink areas. I won’t be in a hurry to return to this location.
