I ordered Cesar chicken salad. So little chicken, half of what used to be. They have raised the price, asking for a tip and lowering quantity and quality!

We ordered broccoli and cheddar soup. Two bowls and two pieces of bread and two cups of coffee. One of the two bowls was severely watered down. This had to be deliberate. My wife complained and they gave a full refund. The place needs a good cleaning. Workers need to wear hair nets. Gross experience. We've been customers since the place opened. Here i the NJ law ...1. Except as provided in (c)2 below, food employees shall wear hair restraints such as hats, hair coverings or nets, beard restraints, and clothing that covers body hair, that are designed and worn to effectively keep their hair from contacting exposed food, clean equipment, utensils, linens; and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles. 2. Not all paneras are made equal but the people at this one put a lot of care into making the food and it always tastes great. I come here all the time and the managers are super nice. On the rare occasion something is off they make it right super quick. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Two thumbs down. Increasingly a disappointing experience at this location. It’s rare they get my online order right, and I’m now done with them. Today I ordered a simple turkey avocado blt with extra turkey … not a hard order to get right, for a whopping $14 … only to find out when I got home with my order that they forgot the most important part of the sandwich…the turkey. Not the first time they left off a key ingredient. I’m starting to think they do this on purpose to save money. I'm going to start keeping track of how many times this store screws up my order. I'm guessing it's more than 50% of the time. Today, the guy forgot the bread. So, I paid $10 of a cup of soup. The soup is good, but not that good. 8/1/23: 0 for 2 on my last two orders. Last week it was missing bread. Today it was missing the tortilla chips, spoon and napkin. Keep up the good work guys! I live locally and go to this Panera location all the time! Love the food and location in general, but the bathrooms REALLY need to be updated and given a thorough cleaning. The ladies room is dusty and dirty, the grout is black, and it always has a gross sewage smell. If I didn’t love the food here, I probably would not return. Food was hot and fresh. This was my 1st time in here. The woman took my order and I didn't see her since. After my little disk started buzzing, I had to look all over the place for my food, and an employee. Very good overall. I just wish employees didn't assume every customer is a repeat. Ordered a chipotle chicken AVOCADO melt. Had no avocado on it...also no peppadew peppers, added tomato and red onion, none of which were ordered/asked to be substituted. The second sandwich from the you pick two was on a completely different bread. Basically just whatever they felt like. They managed to get the soup and salad right so 👏🏼👏🏼. Not Panera quality at all especially for the price.

Disappointed, again. Issues with our rapid pick up: 1. The kids grilled cheese barely had any cheese (photos). 2. They forgot the chicken on the chicken salad. 3. They forgot to include a cup. 4. They didn't include enough forks. The staff is friendly and the manager offered us a refund but we politely declined. If this was the first time I wouldn't post a negative review, but it's been consistently disappointing like this for months now. We enjoy their food and the convience but won't be returning.
