Placed a delivery order through the app. and was missing part of the order. Called and was told they couldn’t issue a refund unless I came in-person. Asked for a manager who said he couldn’t process the refund - then why are you a manager?? I instead asked for a new delivery with the missing item and was told they couldn’t issue a new order. Lazy staff who didn’t want to deal with the issue that they created by not putting the item in the delivery bag and instead said I could talk to the General Manager when they were in next. I stopped in here to pick up an online order for a customer. It was a pretty good-sized order, so I'm very thankful for the option to order ahead of time online (ordered the night before for 30 people). The order was made perfect and accurate. Huge shout out to Samantha for the excellent customer service and assistance! It's great to still experience great customer service! Thank you, Panera, and thank you, Samantha! If I could leave zero stars I would. This place sucks. The staff is lazy & sucks. They did not put 2 soups that I ordered in my bag. I always check before I leave. When I went to let them know the lady right away said with an attitude that she put it in my bag. (If it was in my bag I wouldn’t have gone to tell them anything) the other worker asks to check my bag and I give it to him… come to find out no soups 🤷🏻‍♀️. What a shocker. The lady didn’t even want to look me in the eye after that & couldn’t even apologize to me. Like I was the inconvenience to her 😂. For sure never coming back to this location.
