Even though I was stuck in traffic to get to the drive-thru; I paid for and ordered online, I still had wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru to get my food. By the time I received my order it was cold and my BREAD WAS SO HARD; TOO HARD TO EAT! Not wanting to visit this location ever again! Food & service was good, but, this store needs some remodeling. The ceiling tiles are severely discolored & water marked. The cabinets by the refreshment counter look to be deteriorating. I ordered soup as usual, tea and 2 cookies, but it seems the person who bags or prepares the Rapid-Pickup Orders doesn't check off the receipt as they put the items in the bag and this is the second time they have forgotten my cookies. I really wish they'd do better considering I go there 2-3 times a week. Don't be taping the bag closed acting like everything is in there and perfect. Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup combo. The sandwich is one piece of burnt cheese and the soup is so thick it feels like a dipping marinera sauce. Definitely would not recommend this combo.

Stopped early in the a.m. and it was my first time. The lady at the drive-thru was so helpful. I am satisfied with their food and service. I'll definitely return again

This location needs major repairs in it's ceilings and ventilation system due to leaking water. Mold from the vents throughout the restaurant is clearly a result to leaking water, and also warped ceiling-tile panels too need to be replaced. The food was not served very hot (soup). The order items were not complete, and missing items from the plate received (pickled wedge). Dirty dishes and warped cabinet (bottom side) doors. For the price you pay for a half sandwich and soup. The place of business was not suitable for the cost of the food. I've been to Panera Bread locations so much more nicer than this location.
