3 times been there to get soup or soup and sandwich through the drive thru and each time was horrible service!!! It should not take 25 minutes to go through the drive and get your food when there isn’t even any customers inside. Also if there is any car that’s food isn’t ready when they get to the window, they should be asked to move to a parking spot so other people can get their food. Absolutely the worst service ever!! This location was supposed to open up in 2019. And finally opened up maybe about 4 or 5 months. But other than that . Food better than most locations. Mostly cause it is new. It's Panera.. So the food is pretty consistently good as you'd expect. The service has been slowly improving.. Today was the first day since they've opened when the drive thru was actually efficient and Pretty quick.. But for this area, the inside of the restaurant is really too small and the atmosphere isn't as inviting as other locations.
