Ordered for pickup this morning on my way to work: a sausage, egg, and cheese on brioche with chipotle aioli added, and a vanilla cream cold brew. Where to begin. First of all, my sandwich was made with bacon, not sausage. I don't like bacon on breakfast sandwiches, which is why I didn't order it that way. The sandwich was cold and mushy, and there was none of the requested chipotle aioli. Next, let's talk about the "coffee". As you can see from my picture, even when stirred, it was WHITE. Ordered breakfast while my daughter was at children’s hospital. My sausage egg and cheese sandwich had no sausage. Our chocolate croissants had no chocolate. We tried calling 3 times (not during meal times and could not get through to anyone) and could not find any way to contact customer support. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast
