Panera foods tastes Great! TERRIBLE-TERRIBLE operation at this Yorkville location. They are confused and they do not care about customers for some crazy reason! Particularly if you call in your order drive all the way over there and pick it up when you get home you realize that almost every time something is missing. As we all know Customer Service in general has degraded however, Cici is the kind of Customer Service we hope for when entering a business.
