I wish there were more of these, at least one closer to the smaller towns in Western PA. The food is great, definitely feel like I'm getting quality when I stop to eat here. It's a little on the spendy side, but for a place I can go to every once in awhile, it's nice. I just wish Panera would pay their employees more so that the tipping could be eliminated. This is ridiculous!! I have been trying for over 1 month to have 1 single melt. Every single time it's a waste of gas and energy. Last time it was no more bread. Dude it's Panera BREAD!!! ITS IN THE NAME!! Then from there it's they don't have this or that for the melts. Tonight I called 3 times in total to finally get picked up on the third try. I asked "do you guys finally have the bread to make the melts?" They said yes so in no more than 10 minutes we are there. I go in and I order 1 melt. And then I hear the classic "we are out of melts" I just called and now I wasted gas and time once again. Never ever coming back to this location again. Absolutely insane. Employees need to not lie to their customers and I guess customers who want to have melts should just go get something else. Like tonight I had McDonald's because guess what?? They don't run out of bread. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
