Delicious and a much needed change up from ordinary take out. Sandwiches and soup are amazing! I highly recommend them if you want a good healthy lunch/dinner or even breakfast! *update went there yesterday 8/13/23 asked for extra bacon on my sandwhich was charged for it and they give me bits that aren't suitable for a dog see attached. I believe all customers who get food like this need to take it apart to see what is inside ur sandwhich what did I even pay extra for? Do you not put bacon strips on the sandwhich? Charging me extra serving me this and paying 21 bucks for my meal is an abomination This is the second time someone at this drive through hasn't listened to my order. when the I drove up to the window the girl had her cell phone in hand and was just talking to another Co worker at the window. When I get home I notice this big thing of soup after I order a cup of soup and the girl charged me for a bowl which i did not order! Not only that this location and all location sloves to give u tomato slices with the pit inside of it. They seriously need to pay attention to detail because if you have time to talk to your friends you have time to charge me for the correct order I placed. Like 20 dollars for a whole sandwhich n a cup of soup and you can't even charge me right or take the pits out is crazy. Ordered a BBQ Chicken Sandwich. Either this location forgot the BBQ sauce or was out, in any case there’s no bbq sauce at all in the sandwich. All I taste is cheese and chicken. Bland, oh and burnt bread. If you want Panera go to a different location or pray they don’t screw up your $10.39 sandwich. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1

As of March 2023 new indoor furniture and indoor remodel. Coffee club members. It's the best deal ever. Unlimited coffee and other drinks for an annual fee or monthly rate. Can't complain. Although sometimes their coffee doesn't taste fresh, they're pretty good about taking care of you. Lots of good baked goods too, so that's nice. Very fast and convenient overall, and I'll keep going as long as they keep brewing the coffee...

I absolutely love their tomato soup, the bread bowl version is even better! I do like their regular Mac and cheese but the broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese was not to my liking. I have had better grilled cheese but it's still good here! The mac and cheese grilled cheese was very bland. Their green passion papaya drink is one of my favorites, I would definitely recommend it! I was visiting my son who is working in Webster, TX for the weekend of October 3rd through October 5th of 2020. Before heading to the airport, we went to the drive-thru and I ordered a pick two: Broccoli Cheddar Soup and Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. I also ordered a bear claw. The soup and the sandwich were unappetizing and could not be eaten. The soup was watery and thin while the sandwich was saturated with whatever type of sauce they used on it. It was disgusting, nasty looking, and gross. This was uncharacteristic of Panera's meal and I am displeased. I could not return to the store because I was heading to the airport so I called (10/05/20) approximately 11:15am and spoke to one of the managers (male) and he promised to refund the cost to my son's credit card. He took the card and security numbers and my son's phone number. However, my son has not gotten a refund. I called from Miami, FL. on (10/13/20) and requested to speak to a manager. A lady came on the phone and I explained the reason I was calling. She took my information and promised to call me back and she has not. My experience at this Panera was unpleasant but it will not deter me from eating at Panera again. The managers' reactions were unprofessional by failing to follow up with a customer's dissatisfaction from an order placed at the store. I am very disappointed in Panera.

This Panera is huge and nice! The food is always good with many choices of sandwiches, soups, salads, and pastries to choose from. A variety of cold beverages, and hot tea and coffee are available at their respective stations in the dining area so you can refill anytime. Just wanna mention that Leslie is a hardworking and very efficient worker! Also parking is not a problem at all. There was only one person at the cash register, but they have six (6) "Fast Lane Kiosks" for self-ordering that you can use. Wifi was fast. Overall, it's a very good place to go to.
