For the past few years, I would tell others that this Panera Bread location was my favorite. What happened recently solidified my belief. I submitted an online order for the Mediterranean bowl with chicken. This was only my second time ordering online. I picked up my order and left without checking it. When I got home and settled, I pulled the bowl out of the bag and realized there was no chicken in my bowl. I called the restaurant to inform them of this in a pleasant manner. The manager answered. I informed him about the missing chicken in my bowl and not realizing it until I had gotten all the way home. The manager apologized. He stated he was leaving for the day, could have the order remade correctly, and would drop it off to me. He said he would throw in my favorite pastry as well. He then asked for my address. I was in complete disbelief that the manager would put forth that much effort to fix the restaurants mistake. The manager kept his word; within an hour, he arrived at my home with my correct order and a few extras in the bag. He was also extremely polite. Thank you so much for this amazing service!!
