Most guests recommend trying good cupcakes, chocolate cupcakes and biscuits. Clients don't like chocolate frappe at this confectionary restaurant. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Many guests find that the service is satisfying. Low prices are something that should be said about Pandora's Cupcakes.

My wife and I went to get some popcorn (2 bags) and some brownies (2) after our dinner across the street at Swensons. When we got home I ate a big handful of popcorn and thought it tasted weird. When I pulled a piece out to look it had green mold on it. The owner Ken was making a big deal about giving me a full refund because he buys the popcorn and brownies already made from different vendors (they don't even make their own stuff) so I threw everything away and only got a partial refund. Will never go back!

Ken at Pandora’s cupcakes was hands down the most flexible, friendly, and thoughtful baker we came across when planning our September 2020 pandemic wedding. The cupcakes were AMAZING and we are still getting compliments on them! Many flavor options were available, and Ken was always there to help us along the way. Pandora’s cupcakes were incredibly flexible with us, as our guest count was consistently fluctuating during our planning process. The price was great for what you get, especially for a wedding. We needed someone understanding and Ken delivered that! And more! We will be coming back here for many more cupcake needs. Thanks again Ken and everyone at Pandora’s!

Loved the variety of cupcakes. They were light and not too sweet. The worker was really nice and really thoughtful and took wearing masks seriously and it was relatively inexpensive for a half dozen cupcakes. They have plenty of flavors like carrot cake, triple chocolate, Boston creame, and so much more. Almost as good as sprinkles cupcakes.

Great place to get delicious gourmet cupcakes! They make a wide variety of cupcakes, with a rotating selection of featured cupcakes (so you are sure to see new tasty flavors on each visit). The cupcakes are a really good size (we split them in half and share the flavors with friends and family). And the prices are very reasonable. Why buy a boring old birthday cake when, for around the same price, you can buy a box of assorted gourmet cupcakes?! It's a no-brainer!! 😀

I have had many different flavors and they are all excellent. The cake pops/squares are also amazing! Can’t go wrong when you need a sweet treat. Also love the “name game” giveaway! Get excited when I see my name come up!

My fiance and I decided to try Pandora after watching Cupcake Wars. I am student doctor and she is an attorney which gives us absolutely no credibility when it comes to judging cupcakes but thought I would just drop it in there. The cupcakes were very poor. There seemed to be no effort in decoration as one Jelly Bean was placed on the top of each cupcake. One of the cupcakes was supposed to be banana flavored, banana flavored icing but the filling was lemon. It tasted like instant cupcake mix that was taken off of a shelf at Marc's on the back aisle next to the floor cleaner solution. I still taste artificial flavoring in the back of my mouth as I lie here with a stomach ache and gas. For a cupcake shop, I mean, come on

My opinion is not to hurt but only make you aware to improve and this just could've been an off day I truly hope your business continues to grow. I walked in first time wasn't greeted. ..the lemon raspberry didn't have a lemon flavor. I was looking for the cake to taste like lemon. The icing still had granulated sugar taste and not very lemony My cupcake was not picked up with tongs or baking tissue paper but bare hands no gloves and placed in the box...the cake cube was good though.

I usually get Heavenly Cupcakes for my birthday, but after learning that they went out of business I had to find another bakery. This is truly a great find. I ordered the red velvet and salted caramel cupcakes and they were delivered today. The icing for both was light, fluffy, and delicious. The salted caramel had the perfect balance of salt and caramel. I felt size was also perfect, not too big and not too small. Will definitely have these again next year!
