Update: Next visit was much improved, food was fresh, and hot. Always plenty of people working, and portions sizes are very good! Ordered 3 plates for family, and everyone enjoyed their food!! ***** Very disappointed that at 6.30pm, I was told they have no more String Bean Chicken for rest of the night-they ran out of green beans(?!). They were also out of brown rice. I just don't think it is good planning or product ordering to be out of one of the more popular items at the height of dinner rush... I've only been here a few times and normally only get the double order string bean chicken, and super greens-due to the lower calories/WWpoints of these items. I chose the mushroom chicken as it is the second option for the healthier calorie/ WW points option. Even though we had a blip tonight, I will come back, as I appreciate the good quality food, and portions they give-which are very generous. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came here to grab a quick lunch . Although they were out of what I wanted to order the cashier gave me a great suggestion . The food was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the employees were here and the customer service was great! That’s hard to find especially now days when customer service In Fast food is almost extinct. I worked as a manger in fast food for over 10 years so if I’m impressed you’re doing everything right . I also was greeted by the manager and she took care of my order replacement quickly and I was satisfied . I would definitely recommend this Panda Express and I will be returning . I have been to panda 100 times and this was by far my best experience!!! I was greeted by Isaac who was extremely friendly and made sure to greet everyone who walked in. Isaac and Jeanine both prepared my order and never had an attitude when I asked for certain things. They were very friendly and happy to accommodate. Then Armando aka Mondo 🙂 was at the register and so friendly and polite as well. He always kept me posted on what was happening with my order. I work in the service industry as well and know how hard it can be EVERYDAY! And I write these reviews hoping that the employees I comment about get the recognition they deserve. Because people in customer service never get the appreciation they deserve!!! The orange chicken was lukewarm. I had to reheat it along with the fried rice. The Orange Mexican soda was flat. I was unable through the app to claim My free spring rolls. I explained when I arrived. I was told we could discuss at the window. The clerk at the window said he gave me the free spring rolls, but he didn’t. Why lie?
