ordered a beef burrito and the beef was cold and had a bad taste, I advised the staff of the issue and was told there was nothing that could be done about it. I stated this was bad customer service and the staff asked me to leave and never come back. 3 times I asked for a carne asada fry Borito with no guacamole or sour cream and 3 times I was disappointed to find sour cream and guacamole. When I ordered I specifically asked for EXTRA green sauce. That way they could charge it. Get to the window she asked what sauce? I again asked for green & extra. Get my burrito to find 2 small containers of green sauce. I waited and asked for extra AGAIN. Then she threw attitude saying there was already extra. I laughed and Said I need more then two this burrito is massive. For her to give me one more tiny container. Ridiculous! Go somewhere else! Took everything in me not to freak out on her. Your job is not that hard. 2 is not extra when they used to give a whole bag full. Update: food was absolutely terrible as well. The cheese was not melted steak old as hell. Burrito wasn't even wrapped properly all the insides fell out. As well as tortilla old and hard. This will be my last time eating here as well as recommending it to others! GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Got the California burrito everything in it was rather dry but very well seasoned. I visited at 2am ish so dry food is kinda expected at that hour of day. Definitely visiting again can't wait to try the whole menu!
