Consistently violates the county noise ordinance on weekdays and weekends - their speaker system can be heard from blocks away, randomly from open to close.
I was at this lounge the other day, and I was like, can a waitress be this polite and attentive?
The place was a cool joint and the music was also good. Nice dishes and assorted drinks. I recommend it to anyone who is in the Maryland area.

I had the absolute worst experience at the upstairs bar last night; absolutely rudeness. The worst part about the rudeness is that it came from the manager. The bartender serving us was the young lady with the Afro and she was nice. When I had a questions about why was I being charged for an item that I didn’t drink because all of the sodas from their fountain were flat she went and got the manager to help me out. The manager was absolutely RUDE from the moment she walked Over and she looked drunk. Her words were slurring as she kept repeating “I don’t care, did you drink it, pay now and you can leave”. I asked to speak to another manager and she slurred “there’s no one else to talk to”. At that point I knew it was time to leave. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there unless you’re looking for poor service with a side of disrespect.
A majority of the bartenders didn't even wanna serve you, they'll serve everyone around you though. The drinks weren't even worth the price, and my mom believes that one of the bartenders spiked her drink, half of her body went numb after her first drink, we left so she didn't finish her second one. Then when she tried to leave, security asked her where she was going, as if that's any of his business. It seems they're all in on it especially if you're not there with a man. Then when we left out, we were being followed by someone, he deliberately kept his distance but we intentionally crossed the street and he would cross it, we went into this Ethiopian restaurant and called the cops, he was still standing out there waiting for us, he left when he saw us visibly watching him, this was a terrible experience
This place sucks. The music was okay but unless you can find space or ask people to share a small section you can not smoke hookah here. It's not worth it I came for hookah, drinks and good Vibes. There is also a cover charge cash or cash app only. Stayed about 30 mins and left a waste of money. Oh people can sit in those small sections without even ordering hookah. If you want all 3 don't waste your time.
UPDATE - We were seated at a table finally was able to order that $60 hookah then security came over ten mins later and told us we had to leave because the table was reserved after they sat us there. They refunded the hookah and we left none of us would ever return. They need to do better.
Had the tipsy steak and it was delicious! The chef greeted us , he was cool. The rooftop bar was a perfect hidden gem. The DJ was great with the Afrobeats and hip-hop. Recommended for a chill vibe, lowkey date etc.
