It was a busy Saturday night and I sat at the bar to get takeout before heading to hotel very nearby. Ashley brightly greeted me and all of the staff were hustling to meet the demand. Everyone was happy. Had a delicious glass of Sauvignon Blanc and ordered a custom pepper steak with spring rolls. I let Ashley know I wasn’t going home to a kitchen so needed utensils, etc. During my brief wait, thoroughly enjoyed talking to the locals and the fun ambiance this location has. Considering how busy they were I was ecstatic to see Ashley’s attention to detail with my order once in my hotel. My takeout bag had anything I might have needed and extra yummy sauces just in case. It was all consumed since incredibly delicious and piping hot. Look forward to visiting this location again! Food was really good. I'm usually skeptical of chains but this was my first time there and I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and the service was great. Also had some slight issues with a gift card (completely my fault) and the manager Mike was extremely nice and helpful. I'll definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today we joined family for dinner which is always awesome. However, we had a waiter, Nate, who was excellent. We had him a time before and his service is exemplary. Atmosphere + great service = awesome experience. Nate, holds great conversation, he isn’t imposing, yet always on time and checking in. Finally, it is clear, Mike, the manager (I hope that’s accurate) gets it. He understands how it works good people help management and the restaurant chain look good. Great job!!!!!!!! Wanted to update my review: tonight we came back for another try after pf change reached out to us! WOW what a wonderful experience, the food was great and our server Jenna was amazing! We ordered the veggie egg rolls, lettuce wraps, sesame chicken and honey chicken! I absolutely LOVED the egg rolls and and crispy honey chicken! Highly recommend. I would give this experience a 10/10 stars if i could. The staff and our waiter, Nate, went above and beyond to make our visit feel special. My boyfriend and I came in for our anniversary and we had an amazing time, and the food was so yummy! The manager also checked in on us (shout out to mike) for striking up a conversation about liked interests while attending to our table. Our server was nice and provided good insight on menu items. The first food item ordered was a shrimp tempura roll. The roll that we received didn’t look like any shrimp tempura roll that we’ve ever seen. I flagged down the server and asked if this was indeed a shrimp roll. That’s when he said that he had the same question and spoke with the kitchen staff before bringing it to the table. They let us keep the roll and said that another roll would be brought to the table. The server asked the manager to speak with us about the possible mixup. The manager was kind and apologized and said that the replacement roll would be brought to our table. Fifteen minutes later the manager came back to the table to apologize because our replacement roll had been given to another table. The lettuce wrap did not taste good. I asked the manager if it looked as if it had been prepared correctly and he admitted that parts of the meat appeared undercooked. It was taken off of the bill. The drinks and other entrees were good, but the overall experience was disappointing. Parking was a breeze as we visited on a Sunday evening. The area is well maintained and provides great overall ambience. Edit: Someone from PFC's social media team responded to my review and asked me to provide feedback on their website, so I cut and pasted my original review and provided my contact info. A day or two later I received a digital gift card. I appreciate how quickly they responded to both the review and to my feedback submission.
