Went to Outback Steakhouse with my wife for a date night. She wanted steak and didn't want me to cook because of the weather. Our total came out to $150. Sure we got appetizers, 8 oz. steak, two sides, a few drinks. Initial wait time was 15-20 minutes. Okay that's fine. We ordered appetizers. Bloomin onion came out just fine. Ordered a few more appetizers because I was not at the table when the waiter came by. Those came out. Ordered food. Asked for medium rare steaks. They came out medium and not hot. My wife had asked for a salad during the second round of appetizer orders (we never got it). I ordered steak house mac and cheese with my steak, which came out cold. Overall very disappointed with the food. Service was good, our waiter tried to take care of us as best as he could but met resistance with the manager about our complaints. Not going to go again. Used to visit Outback frequently but hasn’t been for a while, and after my visit yesterday I would say it has changed This outlet wasn’t that busy but the it took an extra time to get our food and we didn’t mind hopping it will be fresh and hot BUT: The house salad was warm and did not seem or taste fresh at all The soup was the only good thing, tasty and hot but came with plastic spoons and when asked why the reply was : we don’t have any clean spoons and you have to wait if you want normal spoons One T bone with bone we ordered medium was medium rare and red inside and was not hot but warm The other T bone without the bone we ordered medium rare was well done The salmon was ok but too small but the rice with it was baled and cold The baked potatoes was tasty and great Wasn’t pleasant visit in general but will try again and see if this is the trend there now Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

We went here a few years back and didn't care much for the food. Taste wise and services were OK. Well, we gave it another try this year, January 2024. The food is off the hook amazing, so flavorful, and the service both times was on point. Whatever changed, cooks, and servers, I don't know exactly, but it's totally worth going and the prices are reasonable for the quality of food. Btw my husband was quite impressed with how his steak was cooked perfectly. Enjoy if you choose to go. Outback is a favorite lunch spot for me and my best buddy. The bar area, where we are usually seated, is set apart from the general dining area, and feels more private which I appreciate. I enjoyed a bowl of their fabulous potato soup and a tasty Irish coffee. There's ample parking with easy access, The service is excellent and food and drink consistently good. The service was friendly, albeit slow. It wasn't packed by any measurement. but we had a party of 6, and so they put us right next to the bathroom? I don't enjoy chunks of potato in every bite of my mashed potatoes, but perhaps some people do. I ordered a special new lavender drink (minus the alcohol), and it didn't arrive until a reminder was given after our food was dropped off. Overall, I think the food is overpriced for the quality, time of delivery after order, and lack of presentation and attention. Good food, nice salad. Awesome and fast service. Outdoor seating available for dogs and server was kind enough to bring a small to-go bowl of water for my pup. 9/17/2023 7pm Came in for dinner with my fiancé to celebrate job success. Service was great, Alysia T. was attentive and on top of things. The food however was atrocious, the absolute worst I have ever had. We ordered an 11oz and an 8oz sirloin one with shrimp. One was ordered rare and the other ordered medium well. The medium well came out like an overcooked well done steak. The rare came out as a medium rare. The shrimp was overcooked and mushy as well as the rock they called bread that it came out on was better served as a paperweight. The steakhouse mac was luke warm at best and heavily over seasoned with pepper though it looked super delicious on the outside. In my opinion that was not a $72.97 meal. The cafeteria food I had at college tasted better then what I had tonight. Thank you but I will not be returning. Got there before the dinner rush. Was immediately seated and had my order in within 5 minutes. Ordered the prime rib and it was amazing!! Done the way I like it and perfectly seasoned! Recommend rib eye. The bread before the entrée was really nice as well. We waited for a while before entering the restaurant because there were so many customers. But it didn't take a long time.
