Pancakes were tough and lukewarm. I ordered over over medium eggs and they had the clear snot stuff running out when I cut into them. The little waitress never came back to check how my meal turned out. She just showed up with the ticket and took my almost full plate of food and said no rush just pay when you’re ready. I had to stop her from walking off in order to get a to go cup for my tea. The cashier seemed concerned but never called a manager over. She took $2 off of my $19+ order. Mind you this has been my favorite place to eat for a year now. I’m going to have to give it a rest. Their Daily Lunch Specials are very good with generous portions. This was our first time here. This place is excellent, the wait was 40 min on a Saturday morning but typical because the food is so good.However, hey text you when your table is ready. The pumpkin pancakes that we got and the home fries were out of this world! The service was amazing Brandi our waitress was very personable the managerJessi she was very personable and professional. Food was very good. I loved the breading on the chicken friend steak. Eggs were cooked to perfection. Everything had a good taste. The service was consistent and everyone was very friendly. We have always been VERY pleased with Our Place pies, however for Thanksgiving we pre ordered a Coconut Cream, Cherry and Pumpkin pie. The Coconut Cream pie was great, the Cherry tasted great but the crust looked a little under cooked. The "Pumpkin pie" was horrible!. The crust was not cooked, it was actually white in color. The pie was sunken in, not enough filling and way over spiced. It had an all around unsettling appearance. The heavy spice made it inedible, had to toss entire pie. Very disappointed. Fabulous Saturday breakfast experience. We drove up at 10am and thought we'd have a long wait as the parking lot was packed. Thankfully, it was only a 10 minute wait before we were seated! Service was quick and friendly. The server was always around throughout the meal and was helpful with our requests. Portions were generous. The highlight of the meal was the Gluten Free Waffle!!! It's cooked in a dedicated round iron to distinguish it from their regular Texas shaped waffle. Crispy and cooked perfectly, I was ecstatic to have found this gem and will definitely be back. Definitely a 5* place. Added to my favorites. Eggs Benedict was delicious. They had smaller portions of other things, which was perfect for my wife. Going to try the Corned Beef Hash next there. Come early, traffic in and out was a steady pace. The homemade pies in the display case looked really good also. Came to this black for brunch and were sat immediately and promptly, their weren’t much variety on drinks but the menu had a huge variety and selection.
