I forgot this building existed after living across the street for the last 3 years in Pasadena. First time coming since cheeseburger in paradise left! Wow so amazing. The best food, everything was beautiful, hot and fresh. Our server, Kara, was so sweet. Although she couldn’t suggest drinks since she is under age, she was a delight, very attentive and helpful. I came with 2 of my girlfriends for lunch and we had a great time. I typically take pics of food and love to leave reviews however, we were so hungry and excited we ate it immediately. We ordered the Tex mex egg rolls and omg those were sooooo good. The rum punch, vodka lemonade, and wild berry smash were so refreshing and great! I ordered a burger which may have been the best burger I’ve had in a while. My two friends got the turkey club and a buffalo chicken sandwich and all were amazing! We plan to return today for lunch with our significant others after bringing them home our left overs they were jealous. We hope to have Kara again!

BBQ Burger
Dining at Oscar's is always a delightful nautical Maryland brewery vibe adventure! The staff are hipster types always eager to please the customer with best seating and plenty of attention to individual needs. The menus and beverage and food selection is extensive. The entire place ensures that most seats have great views of the TVs so everyone can watch sporting events like a real family. Everything from the logo, to the lighting, and the beer sign decor is upbeat and FUN! The food is excellent and very fresh. (The only reason I did not give the food 5 stars is because it is not complex gourmet food). The selection of beers and drinks is extensive and prices are reasonable. **A must visit place when in Pasadena!**

Do not get any chicken items! Ordered. 2 different orders of wings and they were terrible. Chicken was not cleaned properly, still had wing feathers on the pieces and we’re pretty sure one of the wings was actually the chicken head. Chicken sandwich was awful.
Rest of the meat sandwich and burgers were good. Waikiki burger is really good. Black bean burger was pretty good. Cream of crab soup is also good. Staff is very nice and friendly

The food was fantastic. I can only give 4 stars as I did not taste everything on the menu. The wings were great, Old Bay wings. The cheese steak egg rolls were excellent. The kids pizza was great and at only $8, a total steal. By far the star of the show was the bread pudding. It was a taste of heaven. If you go there, get the bread pudding!!
The drinks were tasty and refreshing and the service was very good. Love the open feel of the restaurant, and it’s laid back but fun atmosphere is good for families and a night out with friends or the significant other.

Second visit today 1/6. Portuguese Kale Soup special was Amazing! Hog bites special was Amazing. Great draft beer selection.
Nice menu. Specials too! My Cajun burger was delicious (knife and fork needed halfway through). Great beer selection....although I was told by the bartender that the printed beer list might not be current and that I should refer to the chalkboard above the bar.....which was too small to read. Service was SLOW...they were obviously short staffed and the lunch crowd kept growing. Prices were very reasonable. Will be back.

Alehouse Cajun Burger
Oscar's had a good selection of beers available; probably nearly 2 dozen or so on rotational draft and 8 or so on regular. Lots of difference choices so any beer enthusiast should be able to find something here.
The food selection is great as well. Different pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, soups, and entrees. Plenty to choose from; I had a hard time deciding so I wouldn't be opposed at all to coming back and trying more!
This place was just okay.

However the food lacked "Wow". Everything seemed to be almost good, but nothing I'd come back for. I had higher hopes. Whomp! Whomp!
We went for our first time last week, just my husband and I so we sat at the bar. They were so great and recommended drinks for us and gave us samples to make sure we liked what we got. So many great brews to try! We came in the door looking for something that had been recommended to us but didn't end up ordering it because everything looked and sounded super delicious. We got the wings and the nachos from the appetizer menu and the flavors did not disappoint. Definitely will be going back for more.
