This was not the best hawaiian bbq food. They overcharged me on the food that I ordered. I spent 80 dollars ordering food here, and the chicken kutsu was very dry. The beef was overcooked. I ordered the katsu and terriaki chicken BREAST(which is extra) and when I got my order, it was the LEMON PEPPER chicken which I don't like so I brought it to the clerk and he told me to just put terriaki sauce on it! NOT the same as you can still taste the LEMON which I don't like! Terrible customer service, they would not replace it. Love Hawaiian bbq...who doesn't? The katsu was crispy and juicy, the white fish wash moist and flavorful. And the BBQ mix plate is my husbands favorite. Only thing was the veggies under the meat was underdone. Wish it was cooked more so I could eat it. But other than that...👍

I love Hawaiian BBQ, and Ono does not disappoint. I usually get the mini plate, chicken teriyaki, with rice and their delicious macaroni salad. The chicken is cooked exceptionally well, and the teriyaki sauce is tasty. Parking can be challenging mid day, but you can find parking with a short walk to their store location. When I'm travelling through this area, I make a point to stop and eat at this location. Employees are friendly. Fast service, great food. We had Island Fire chicken plate, Katsu chicken and whitefish plate and crispy shrimp appetizers. Yum!

Horrible customer service from Staff! Jessica Valencia is extremely RUDE to customers and has a I can say and do whatever I want, argumentative attitude! I went back to take my chicken due to it looking and tasting expired! She said there was nothing she could do about it and then went to count the pieces left on the plate... Insisted I should it brought it back before touching it! How am I supposed to see for myself that it's taste and look is off if I just look at the chicken? It's breaded chicken!!!! Her job was to humbly apologize for the disgusting chicken she served me and just replace the order with fresh chicken PERIOD THE END. I MEAN MOST PEOPLE WON'T JUST STOP EATING THEIR FOOD TO GET UP GO INSIDE TELL THEM SOMETHING'S WRONG UNLESS THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG!!!! I went in to order dinner and they were out of almost everything at 8:40pm i asked what do you have they told me i said I'll take it. Then after sitting in the lobby for more than ten minutes they told me there out of everything because the cooks shut down the grill early everytime the manager leaves the store. No customer service and lazy cooks that are getting paid to do a job that there not doing. Other employees told me about this problem so the business is aware that customers will be turned away because cooks don't feel like cooking for customers who keep their business running.
