Now the cousins, Arthur Tingas & Konstantinos Cocalis, oversee the day to day operations and continue to provide the Greater Merrimack Valley with fresh ingredients & the best in Greek cuisine. The Olympia Restaurant is the oldest restaurant in Lowell, Massachusetts owned and operated by the same family at the same historic location.
