I ordered from the lunch menu: Spaghetti with meatballs and soup Toscana.
They also gave me bread sticks to go.
Everything was hot and delicious!
And the portions were great, there was sooo much food, would definitely order again!

Came here for a birthday dinner & got lackluster service. The servers never smiled the entire time lmao, didn’t come back after setting the food down, had to ask for refills multiple times, got sent the wrong drinks multiple times. Both of the waiters would randomly walk up to the table and try to take our plates when we were still eating!! The male waiter grabbed our half full plates 3 times and didn’t ask if we were finished, my brother in law was literally taking a bite from his plate when it got yanked away. They also never actually sat the food down themselves, they just handed it to us and wanted us to grab the food, but it was extremely hot. The service was weird and bad.

Service was good, food was great! However there was a smell on the place, maybe the rug was wet and not dried properly... Anyway, I wanted to give the food a chance and it did not disappoint.
The herb crusted salmon with brocoli was very good. As well as the chicken fritta, I had it with mushroom creamy sauce and rigatoni.

Went there last week, just me and my mother, service was awful. Everything was awful. Our servers name was Madison D. I'm not sure if it was just because it was late but she didn't even tend to us. We didn't even get served breadsticks. Had to ask for them 35 minutes in our stay. Also, food took over a hour. Wasn't that good either. I wasn't satisfied mainly because of poor service. DO BETTER OLIVE GARDEN!!! WOULD NOT BE COMING AGAIN

My mom had a negative experience with the on duty female manager at Olive Garden. Her response to my mother's inquiry about buying Breadsticks was unnecessary and could have been handled more politely. Customer service is important, especially during busy times like the holidays, and it's essential for employees to remain courteous and helpful. Fortunately, another employee stepped in to assist my mother.

The staff was friendly and the food came out in a timely manner. The strawberry Bellini was pretty good but could have been a bit sweeter for my taste. The shrimp scampi was great and so was the salad dressing.

This location was over off Wallisville Rd. and my first visit. Took my elderly neighbor there for her birthday at her request.
Kadar was our host server and did a pretty good job. Food came out semi quick with the normal quantity and taste profiles. My neighbor had an issue with her spaghetti and meat sauce... which she tasted a few times and kept claiming the the kitchen put marinara sauce on her spaghetti even complaining to the manager on duty (who argued the point). Doesn't matter because we just packed it all up, she took it home and threw it all away. Idk what it was because I didn't taste it but I'm leaning towards believing her because at 92 years old, she says she's old but not stupid. Also she's been a customer of that location with over 100 visits.

After this, I probably will never return. This is the 2nd time I was left with oily food. The texture of the food was horrible b/c of the oil. It was all I could taste. Then sometimes the soup is under done. Vegetables were so hard & crunchy. But I will say, when there is a problem. They are quick to fix it & make sure you are taken care of.
