Me and my fiancé came in for dinner around 10:30 which i understand is a lil late, the hostess was awesome very bubbly, however our server Jenn when coming up to the table did not even greet us just jumped to what we wanted for drinks and entrees all within a minute of us being sat, she had an attitude and rushed us through most of the dinner. We walked in at 9:42 they close at 11PM so the attitude from the 3 young ladies who were NOT working and upset they couldn’t stand around for another hour and fifteen minutes was ridiculous! There were maybe 4 families in here 2 were couples so why are you mad you have to work?! The nasty attitudes and snide loud remarks that I can hear were completely uncalled for. 1 of the waitresses had the audacity to say I’m not serving them. Finally we got a waitress who even though you can tell she didn’t want to be working either was very sweet too our order and got us in and out finally. They need to clean house because all of this is UNACCEPTABLE! I have been here before late night and the service was superb TONIGHT THOUGH I was ready to walk out. Best part the manager was standing around with them ALL ON THEIR PHONES even 1 waitress on FaceTime. So glad work involves being little brats who giggle and give attitude I am NOT the patron to sit back and take it! You go to Olive Garden for comfort food in large portions and reasonable prices, and these guys deliver. They don't take reservations but we called ahead for a party of 15 and they were very accommodating. Service and food was quick and crisp, and they kept the salad and soup and bread sticks coming! After a very long Christmas week of shopping, cooking, baking and serving it was nice being served for a change! I sat on the bar side booth and over heard many of conversations by their bar tender, Louis. I have to say what a breath of fresh air he is!
