First time there and I loved it. A family environment, great customer service, the food was delicious and the portions were more than enough, the ambiance was tranquil and comforting. The host at the front entrance was the only friendly staff member in the whole establishment. After being seated we went to the bathroom and heard the toilet flush as a SERVER walked right out without washing her hands!!!!!! We were ready to order almost immediately and asked for 4 glasses of water our server whose name we did not catch seemed annoyed and said “only bottles for charge” is that okay? We said no tap water is fine. We each ordered something small food came out instantly and was only okay. Then our server brought the bill. We had two gift cards one with $30 on it one with $40 on it and the total Of our bill was something like $50.26 the server asked me what was on them I said one has $40 one has $30. She comes back to the table with one gift card and basically throws it at us saying $10 left (on the gift card). We did not receive a copy of the receipt telling us how much was left on the gift card or anything. (Strange) That math simply does not add up. Do they charge an extra $9 for using a gift card at this location or was our server just ripping us off? Either way we still tipped in cash but we left upset and will never be going back. I was greatly disappointed as I ordered a ground beef lasagna and the amount of meat on it is about a teaspoon and it was burnt. Thanks have had it before with a considerable amount of meat. I did not go back because I had just had chemo and as too tired to go back. Also you can’t read the receipt. Olive Garden provided a delightful dining experience with delicious food and excellent service. The menu offered a variety of flavorful Italian dishes, and the staff was attentive and accommodating. However, it's important to note that Olive Garden has limited seating options specifically designed for individuals with disabilities. Maybe the time when we arrived played a part in it since the place was busy. Despite this, it remains a highly recommended destination for a flavorful meal accompanied by great service.
