Rude. Parking lot is a maze to get around in, found parking, hobbled in on my two canes. Was directed to walk to the front of the place… I apparently came in the to go entrance. Fine. Asked to be seated near where I came in, they refused…. Walked out and told them it was the rudest Olive Garden I’ve been to. Mobility impaired customers beware. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Always a great experience here and the staff is wonderful. They did run out of the soup at 830ish but had other options. My wife and I did overhear on a table near us that fried chicken cutlet had come out raw but the manager immediately took care of the issue, don't know how you don't temp your items before expo, but that should be standard. Had a great late meal here with wife and daughter. Our kiddo loves the fettuccini alfredo and wife and I enjoy the soup and salad. Our hostess was not super polite but we made it works and she accommodated our request to seat at a booth. Our waitress was super attentive and you could tell she knew what she was doing. Not only grab our orders efficiently but before we knew it our food was at our table. My grandma and I just had a delicious lunch at this location. We are not Olive Garden regulars (been maybe twice since I moved here 7 years ago), but I will definitely be going back. The food was great, as was the service we received. Our server was personable, kind, funny, and so attentive. I'm bummed that I didn't get her name to personally recognize her.
