I ordered online for 8:30 this morning as I work at 9:00….i put my order in last night actually so with plenty of time beforehand. I got there, and a lady told me to help myself and pointed to the online ordering shelves…..there was nothing on the shelves….then I stood there for awhile until I was handed my bagels and told my drink was being made. I walked over where the drink was supposedly being made and there were 3 people standing there, and then all of a sudden they all walked away and nobody addressed me and my drink was not made…..I ended up leaving without my drink as I had been there for 10-12 minutes and I couldn’t be late for work. The customer service is horrendous. The bagel I got toasted was cold and hard and tasted burnt…..needless to say, I won’t be back.

The food was good although my bagel was leaning towards the burned side of toasted. The ample amount of yummy cream cheese helped make up for that. Both the cashier and waitress were unusually grumpy towards us even though we treated them respectfully and spent $$ in their establishment.

Super rude manager. Asked about our order and was met by a very rude response. Over 45 minute wait for a to go order, meanwhile the customers eating in got served way faster. We had to order to go as there were no tables available and all of the people who ordered after us got their order meanwhile we waited for a to go order. Very unimpressed. Also when they called my husbands name for the order I responded and they questioned me whether or not my name was Derek.

I usually go to otb every morning before work , I get ice chai & bagel to go & this morning I was the first customer as I went in 6:45ish , once I put in my order I waited & still didn’t hear nothing , one of the ladies who took my order asked a younger girl to make my chai & she proceeded her work she was doing in the kitchen … 7am Abby came & first thing she did was help me, she made my drink & took someone’s order. Now 20 mins went by, i stood by the kitchen door that was open .. wanting to ask some one bout my bagel , the younger lady came to the door said “ u need something & I replied yes & she goes cool & slams the door on my face !! That is RUDE & acceptable .. one of the ladies in the back got me my order & I left .. she def ruined my morning & I will be back because of ppl like Abby but she needs to be talk to about customer service & respecting ppl
