We moved to EP recently and we’re so happy to find a non-chain coffee place. It was a huge bonus that they have GF options that are really good! Muffins and breakfast sandwiches especially the Express train are delicious. The ambiance is cool and chill. The service is great. Would love to see them get a better oat milk cream. Coffee was great, and the girl who took my order was super sweet...however: when I ordered there was only one person ahead of me. I had asked for two lattes to - go. The others were for sitting there. The girl making tbe coffees took a really long time to make the orders ahead of me..and in between decided to make coffees for the staff.. when I asked where my coffees were, she just said "oh I have one more then it's you". She made the person who ordered AFTER me their drinks first even though they were sitting in the cafe. The other two girls behind the counter were just talking to each other about random things, not seeminf to want to help at the third girl at all. Now if you have a "to go" order, wouldn't you think that the order should be made a bit quicker? I waited at least 20 minutes... I understand that these girls are probably high school girls and don't really care about their job, but it gives a bad vibe to the customers.
