This place is always packed and the food is pretty decent BUT the service sucks. I watched our server walk out of the kitchen empty handed, made a complete lap around her area, didn’t pick up a dirty dish to take to kitchen or bring anything to anybody, she then walked back to kitchen didn’t stop and ask about beer or menu or anything. There were two different tables in her area that had just sat down she did this twice in a row and the third I stopped her to try to order. Her reply “I’ll be right back”? Either the service is just that terrible or the manager is in the wrong profession! Bus boy did a hell of a job getting his miles in but still would walk right past an empty table with dirty dishes on it and not bother to clean it. These people need some training or You need to hire better managers to direst the service portion!!! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I have one problem with this establishment, there are always a large number of unattended children running and screaming throughout the bar. Most adults go to a bar to get away from children. I would recommend having customers control their kids because the atmosphere you have going now is exactly like a Chuck E. Cheese. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

My wife ordered the French dip and it was dry and flavorless. I got the wings "trashed" but when they came out, they were dry as a bone; the server politely explained that they are sauced THEN fried, making the saucing step completely superfluous and resulting in dry wings with minimal flavor. I got a single serving of sauce upon request but it couldn't rehydrate any food and didn't taste like a combination of all sauces, just hot sauce.
