A bit pricier than your average market / grocery store but it is well organized, clean and the service staff are very courteous. They have great meats and baked products selections as well as ready to eat foods.

UPDATED Just now: 12/19 12:50 I loved him because I have some time. And I was going to give another chance since I normally love this place. I still stand by my previous review. A customer service has gone way downhill. I went in to order sandwiches for my fourteen hour shift. And there was a lady named olibya who refused to make any eye contact with me whatsoever. But continue to talk to a lady with a full sleeve. Tattoo and deer antlers on her head I did not catch her name. The one lady with the full sleeve tattoos on her right arm said hello, but then went immediately back to talking with olivia. I was standing at the counter, waiting to put in my order as I was very limited on time. They had a customer standing right in front of them, and they ignored me. The amazing Nikki (i got her name) who has been there. Part of the previous gang of individuals that actually provided customer service when it was good... asked if I had been helped. I said no. She stopped what she was doing. Took down my order with a smile. Gave me a time frame of ten minutes. I said fine. I walked over to get my drinks. And walked back to wait. Only to find the lady named Nicky had completed both of the sandwiches I had ordered. Nicky is worth revisiting this store for. The other two is not. Please review your store cameras to confirm. 2 Month's Previously I am at the West Sacramento nugget. I am attempting to grab one of your dinner trays for my 14-hour shift tonight. I go to grab a tri tip dinner ... and i look. It is marked $13, and It comes with two pieces of meat, a scoop of potatoes, and some broccoli. Two slices of meat for $13? This isn't the o ly thing that has gone way downhill. The sandwich shop, which i used to love getting weekly for my family of 6... we stop getting it. I stopped getting my daily sandwich. You changed the crew, and now its like a bunch of teens who put no pride in their work. The meat, especially the beef, is mostly fat and unchewable pieces. If you do the math, you're losing quite a bit of business. Surely, i am not the only one. The quality of service and quality has gone downhill immensely. It's sad. Because this was my favorite go-to place. I hope an improvement is made. Bring back the previous crew. They were awesome, and the sandwiches were amazing. The meals were stocked, and quality was worth the price.

A multitude of gourmet choices. Beautiful meats, seafood, fruits and vegetables. Tasty deli, huge cheese assortment,and very courteous helpful staff eager to walk one to an item.

In my last three visits to the nugget in West Sac, I have received nothing but terrible service. Their pizza is burnt and tastes awful. You are greeted by a cashier who is rude and not friendly (Twice I went through her line) She refused to use a gift certificate I had and Nugget Market is one of the stores you can redeem it at. Definitely will drive to the Elk Grove location before returning here because the vibe isn't pleasant and you don't make you feel welcome there.

They have great looking produce, Deli, Bakery, Salad bar, Wine and Cheeses, even a juice bar...Excellent products, Lots of high-end choices, they definitely rival the other high-end grocers. I've tried 3 of the sandwiches and they are excellent. Definitely my favorite place to stop when I visit Sacramento area.

I'm not sure I could ask for a better high-end grocery. Excellent bakery, varied deli, fresh sushi, quality pre-made meals, and amazing produce... more expensive groceries but with a trade-off of great selection. Tell Brandon his simple suggestions for the petrale sole* were magnifique 🤌💋 *butter, garlic, capers... I added white wine, fennel and Vidalia onion shavings, which was absolutely ridiculous with the Asiago black pepper boulet
