Tried to get gas and pump wasn't working. Went to another pump and that one wasn't working. Went inside to pay inside and the person behind the counter said they do work. Another too stupid to know how to pump gas. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the manager. I asked for his name and he wouldn't give it to me. The other worker told me his name is Jerome. I walked out and I or my family will never buy gas from nouria or shell again. Last week I went to Shell gas station I told the manager I need 10 bucks in cash and $30 on credit card but he says he cannot do it those machines don't do it don't work so you might have to train him how to use cash then credit if somebody wants to use both I know the young manager but he needs to learn his stuff with cashier I know you can use cash and credit the same time I appreciate you can address to this

It seems like the cashier inside needs to press a button or something even when you're doing a credit card has purchase. I dunno. What I can tell you is that the person inside was asleep in a side room, and so deeply passed out that they didn't wake up for the door chime a great number of times. Like, I stood there and opened/closed the door a couple times and the person just kept sleeping. Drugged out, maybe? Ultra sketchy. Just go anywhere else, there's a gas station literally across the street.

I was having issues using my rewards card and the car Kenny was unhelpful and actually yelled at me. Another white guy was trying to help me went the black mgr actually started belittling him and told him to mind his own business. All the poor guy was trying to do was help a customer. Isn't that what there suppose to do? Will never be back.

Is it standard practice to place a $200 hold on my AMEX for regular ubleaded? Seems excessive as I didn't purchase nowhere near that amount.

9pm Thursday, fat white guy w grey hair did not greet the Black female customer and Hispanic customer as he did the previous white customers. When asked about the item she wanted to purchase, she showed no interest to find it. He had even asked the woman's son if he won the game bc he was wearing baseball uniform. He clearly did not want to treat Minority customers as he did the white woman and her son. Keep ur racist actions to yourself. We all pay with the same money. Other cashiers there are not that way. U need to work in the back room, clean toilets and take out the trash, and stock shelves if u r not going to treat all customers fairly and with respect.

Went to get gas and a drink before work early this morning and as soon as I got to the door a large man sitting in a car out front said pumps didn’t work, so I started to go in just to get a drink and he said registers aren’t working either. Like..just say YOU aren’t working.
