I don't think the car wash used soap
I visit this car was pretty regularly, at least once a week and get the same car wash every time. I got the same car was today, however, during the wash it seemed that it had malfunctioned. Pretty much only the waterfall rained on the hood of my car and that's it, zero pressure wash like it normally would. I mentioned this to a staff member just to give them a heads up, not looking for another wash at all, however, the staff member was pretty unfriendly and unhelpful. He had taken zero consideration into what I had to say and seemed annoyed that anything be mentioned to him in the first place. I would seek business elsewhere.

I paid 16.00 for water to run down my car and make it look worse than it looked before washing. It was a horrible wash!! If I could post a photo I would.

Car wash is useless if you want to get your car actually clean. It is handy for knocking off winter grime/salt in a hurry, but that’s it. Also it malfunctions about half the time and I have no qualms asking for a refund or a do-over. This is all mystifying as the system was recently replaced. You would think a brand new car wash would be better than the old one but no. To cap it all off they are installing a new island in the road next to the station that stupidly blocks access to the station. You will have to go to the end of the island and make a u-turn unless you are coming from Shaw’s. Dumb.

I was happy. $10 for a basic wash, $16 for undercarriage, $20 for wax. No monthly subscription as far as I can tell.

(ONLY FOR SELF-SERVICE WASH!) What a joke. Been here a few times, and boy was it grim. I normally use these types of washes because I don't always trust automatic washes to be as gentle as I'd like them to be, and for the satisfaction of washing my baby. Got nothing wrong with any other part of the place, especially not the employees; they're good people. Lemme lay out what my experiences have been like here: Waited in line for 10 minutes. Card reader would not take card. Had to go across the mall to a grocery store to get cash. Waited in line for another 10 minutes. Machine only accepts $1s & $5s. That's fair, I understand that. The power washing "tool" was the quality of something you'd find for $2 at the back of a Detroit yard sale. But wait, there's more! (Yes, really.) There were hard, sharp metal needle bits sticking out of the hose that cut my leg up good. (I didn't complain, s**t happens and I didn't wanna be a Karen.) The foam brush only works when it feels like it, and made swirl marks on my WRX that are bad enough that I'll have to polish it. Oh, and that only happens when the foam brush isn't SNAPPED OFF. No way to dry your car either, so enjoy lots of water marks! How unfortunate. Avoid the self serve washes here. The wait for the touchfree wash is well worth it.
I have given this car wash many chances over the years, but it still leaves my car dirty. The last time I went, it did not even wash the back of the car. It is convenient, but does not do the job.

Car wash broke for car in front of me. I had already paid and there is no attendant to help. I tried calling the phone number on Google and it had no answer and no voicemail
