This bakery is our usual go-to and we always have a great experience, however unfortunately their in-store system is not currently accepting giftcards (but you can use giftcards to order online for pickup). This has been the case since Valentine's day. Will update my review to 5 stars once they update/fix their systems. Stoked to have these at our wedding! D (Dee?)hooked us up with a helpful tasting and answered all of our questions. We are stoked to have these in March and couldn’t have done it without D’s help. 🎂

This is by far my favorite place to pick up a treat. The customer service is always good, and they have many flavors to choose from, including seasonal flavors. The mini cakes happen to be my favorite, I bought a cake for my mothers birthday and it was perfect. The cakes are always moist and has the right amount of icing.I would recommend this to anyone who loves cakes.

Order 12 pack buntinis from the Emeryville location and the presentation was just sloppy. It’s like the cake maker put on a blind fold and frosting’d the tops, none of them were centered. But the cake always tastes good so here’s 2 stars. I’ll probably go to the Walnut Creek location from now on that area is more reputable so I’m sure their presentation must be better.
