I have eaten here for years but the past few times the service has been HORRIBLE. They have gotten my order wrong, I have gotten food poisoning, etc. finally the last straw was on my birthday (today) the waitress never put in my food, but put in everyone else at my tables order. 30 minutes later I asked where it was, and she laughed. Mind you, this was at like 4:30….there was almost no one here. Service: 1

We came across this restaurant for dinner after driving through Pecan Grove to see the Christmas lights. I was very impressed with the quality, freshness, and amount of sashimi. I ordered the Chirashi and was surprised with the 2 thick cuts of each fish and a separate bento box rice sprinkled with furikake and seaweed. The quality of the sushi rice was good too. We also ordered the ceviche and combination yaki udon. It also looks like they have a good selection of drinks. A surprising find and highly recommend! We have been coming here for a while, and we love the food. But today, we had a huge inconvenience with them. We came in 5 people in which one of us brought a fast food into the restaurant because he is allergic to seafood/sushi. We decided to bring that for him so we could all enjoy our food together. But the general manager started to yell at us because we brought the food in, which is not because he wanted to eat something different, but because he is allergic. We explained that to the manager and the only thing he decided to say was “I DON’T CARE.” It seems that this place does not care about their costumers and their costumer service. AWFUL TREATMENT from their end. Not coming back ever. If their way to deal with the situation had been different, we might have understand, but we do not tolerate mistreatment when we have been regular costumers. We have been a costumer for a while. But today the manager mistreated us for coming in with fast food. We brought the fast food in, because one of us is allergic to sushi/seafood. So, he is not allowed to eat that kind of food. We weren’t aware of that policy, and we would have been understanding about it, if it had been told the right way.
