The assistant manager, Shana, (not sure if that is the correct spelling) is very unprofessional. I am missing food in my to go order tonight. I live on the other side of Yukon which would cause my other food to get cold by having to go back up to the Yukon location to get my missing food. I asked if the food could be remade since we wouldn’t be able to eat it hot due to having to collect our other missing food.She refused but said I could get a refund for our missing food. She also said she wouldn’t be able to refund my money tonight because it's just too busy and it wouldn’t be until the morning until she refunded my money. The store was completely empty and I feel she was retaliating because I asked her to remake the food so we could eat all of our food hot. Our food was requested to have no onions and every entree had onions in it. This is completely unacceptable behavior of a manager and the refund should have been immediate. Unbelievable.
