The food was horrible I ordered a spaghetti and meatballs. The plate of spaghetti noodles were drenched in water the meatballs were soggy. The sweet tea that I got tasted just like water. Fool me once… I will NEVER order from here again. I have had three bad take out orders in a row. They have remembered my bread exactly once. Their Greek salad was devoid of toppings other than olives one cucumber one tomato for the dinner size. Even after talking and manager and going through my problems with the takeout orders the inaccuracy having to wait while they cook an order one time and now this time they forget my bread and poorly make the salads it’s like can you get it right even one time? Love all their flavors of Alfredo sauce! Desserts were good but skimpy. Tiramisu was a very small piece and ice cream had very little chocolate and caramel sauce drizzled on top. This isn't a real Italian restaurant, it's a Pittsburgh version of a Italian restaurant. I got the supreme pizza and it was one of the worst pizzas i ever had, it looked like a frozen pizza someone heated in a microwave and had no taste whatsoever, never again. The day started off indecisively. We started at BRAVO and left because the prices were ridiculous considering BRAVO is a commercial eatery for those prices; we decided we wanted something more authentic. We traveled to STORMING CRAB - the vibe wasn’t what we were looking for - we agreed on CHEESECAKE FACTORY - we thought WOW what’s the chances of getting parking close to the entrance only to find out; they were closed due to failed equipment issues. A true bummer! We agreed upon Napoli Restaurant located in Bridgeville! Y’all when I tell you the vibe, service , drinks and food was 100%. Attended a birthday party here here for my Mother-in-Law yesterday, and it was fantastic. Her boyfriend set it all up & said they were very easy to deal with. They served a delicious catered meal buffet-style, had centerpieces & place sittings for everyone. We got take-home containers for the leftovers. The server, Stephanie, was incredible at keeping everyone's drink orders straight and finding us while we were milling about the room. I had some questions about food prep surfaces and cross contamination as I have a severe shellfish allergy. She was very knowledgeable, and even checked with the kitchen to ask about the specifics for that day in the kitchen. She was very helpful and friendly, and put me and our family at ease.
