It is a great restaurant they had upbeat music playing the whole time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for my family. If that’s not enough to convince you to eat here their food was absolutely delicious! The food here was very tasty! Honestly, one of the best Mexican food restaurants we’ve been to in Washington so far. The meat was tender and cooked perfectly, the sauces and salsa were delicious. They give you chips & salsa when you sit down. Staff were courteous and made sure our waters and chips/salsa were refilled. We really enjoyed our meal here! Let's start with the positives, food is really good. They have enough seating and there's some parking outside. What's not so good is that they're short staffed. It can take them a while just to get you seated and then more time to bring your food. Overall a nice restaurant if you're in the area. They're also open till 9 pm. This place is a must stop while in the Packwood area ! The food is absolutely phenomenal!!! The salsa was so flavorful. The pollo con creama was so amazing!! The sause was so unique and delish . The green enchiladas had such good flavor . Service was great too very attentive waiter . So glad I stoped here . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was abysmal. Ordered a garden burrito with sautéed vegetables, received a raw cauliflower burrito. Unseasoned, uncooked, inedible. The sour cream tasted old and like warm. Food took 45 minutes, forgot items, inadequate service. Table wasn’t set, utensils weren’t provided. Low effort attitude. One of the few restaurants in the Packwood area that we tried during our visit to Mt Rainier. The place is quite spacious and food was good. It doesn't knock your socks off but it's comforting after a day of hiking. The mango margarita was humongous (and delicious, though low on alcohol) and so was the chicken tortilla soup my husband ordered. Definitely had leftovers. My bean tacos were the perfect portion size for my dinner and so was my daughter's chicken tacos from the kids meal. She wants to mention that their kids activity card was the best one she's seen with a hidden pictures activity. I agree - it kept me and her occupied while my husband caught up on a game on the TV. We even took the activity home to finish later. Just one thought-- since the restrooms are on their way into the restaurant and were visible from our table, it would be nice to keep the doors closed.
