Zeer lekkere noodles in hartje Maastricht. Hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenares die met veel enthousiasme de volledige menukaart uitlegde. De pikantheid van het eten word gewoon persoonlijk aangepast. Je moet wel even door een andere zaak lopen om in het restaurant te komen. A hidden gem with very good food. Dry noodle with shrimp is insane. Laksa is also very tasty. I really like the interior design and the atmosphere in the restaurant. The owner is super friendly and helpful as well. It was a very interesting experience. Even though the restaurant is a little bit difficult to find, I really think that everyone should give it a chance

truly one of the best culinary experiences i have had while living in the netherlands. kind and helpful service, good atmosphere and calm ambience and deliciously flavor packed food. my noodles is definitely one of the top restaurants i have visited in Maastricht. i had the vegetarian broth (which is also vegan) with extra tofu topping and it was absolutely exceptional. vegan and vegetarian options are often not a priority in many restaurants which results in very bland flavorless and sad vegan options but at my noodles i was truly blown away by the delicious and rich flavors of the tofu and vegetable broth. even my girlfriend who is a meat eater got the tofu and said it was the best tofu she’s ever tasted. we will most certainly be coming back as regular customers. Een beetje een verborgen plekje. Achter een burrito zaak zit deze noodle rent die specialiseert in sterke frisse smaken, vriendelijke bediening en gezellige atmosfeer. Mijn aanrader: de beef in de noodles was echt helemaal top. De toetjes zijn ook aanraders. Veel andere smaken dan je mogelijk gewend bent zoals rijst en munt. Maar erg lekker.
