Murphys is a great spot close to come, so we stop every now and then when we want a cheap and quick dinner. It can get packed on weekends but we usually don’t have much of a problem with slow service because of it, which is great. The fish fry is solid and the bar food is exactly what you’d expect. We ordered dinner on a non busy night, the place was practically empty. Sat at the bar; the server at the bar was very unpleasant /borderline rude. Another more friendly server acknowledged us and took our food order. Later on, our drinks were empty and no one asked us for a refill, the rude server stayed on her phone and ignoring us despite our attempts to get her attention. We’ve been at this bar before as we are in the neighborhood but this is not a way to treat a costumer. We haven’t been back ever since. Wonderful as always! Great view of Cherokee Marsh. Great hometown atmosphere. Fish is always good, nice size portions. Service is enjoyable and fun!!!

Use to go here, it was worth dealing with being double charged at times, and going through a hassle to get that reversed. But when you factor that in with the tenders 50/50 chance of an attitude and now no pool table, not coming back.
