If you go to any fine dining establishment on St. John be sure to check out Morgan’s Mango. Seafood Paella, surf-n-turf which consisted of a filet and Caribbean lobster tail were each excellent. But far the best Key Lime pie that we’ve ever had. Be sure to plan ahead and make a reservation. This place is now one of our favorite restaurants.

Key Lime Pie
We come to the island every year and make it a point to treat ourselves to Morgan's Mango at least once during our trips and specifically on Caribbean lobster night (Tuesday's and Saturday's). Our last two trips to the island we went twice, just in case one night didn't have the lobster which has happened. Their food does not disappoint! We start with appetizers, their seafood ceviche "special" (scallops, shrimp, lobster). Their Peruvian ceviche and tuna are all exceptional and served with plantains. Their beef and mushrooms empanadas (special) was also good, We've tried 2 during different trips and they have all been very good, flaky crust with flavorful fillings. The photos I added were during both trips and 1.5 lbs of Caribbean lobster, which I prefer over Maine lobster. The meat is more tender and sweet. You can't go wrong with anything you pick on their menu. The service is great, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a great cocktail menu. Hands down one of the best places in St John.
