We only ate here passing by nonetheless, the restaurant had a good atmosphere where the volume of patrons and tv volume was quite nice and not loud. The order came to the table faster than we can ever remember a sit down restaurant ever having. We even noticed a larger table’s order was server just as fast. The food was quite good for such a large menu and taste was traditional. I hope this was helpful only because it is unlikely that we will visit the restaurant again. However, worth a review, because that’s how we found it. Staff was very friendly. I normally come here and the food & service is okay. I ordered an agave special with no meat (2) and there was a broken finger nail in my food. Upon arrival the bald gentle man, heavy set, lighter skinned and a mustache had an attitude with me as if it was my fault that they served contaminated food. All the money I’ve spent with them and the one time I had an issue I am met with an attitude is unacceptable. He was reluctant to speak with me and made snarky remarks. He told me I had to wait two hours to get a refund for 29.15. He tried to convince me that the picture below was a stem from one of the vegetables. Green pepper, red peppers and onions. I don’t think so. And then went on to say if it was a nail it didn’t come from here because I placed and picked up the order around noon yesterday. I didn’t know I was obligated to eat an entire tray of food in one day or sitting and if i come there often I wouldn’t just create an issue out of thin air. He needs a reality check.
