The wine is amazing! A bit pricey but soooo worth it! You have to try & buy the hand scrub! You will not regret it. The salmon was probably one of the best I’ve tried and the scenery is breathtaking! We highly recommend making a trip to this beautiful winery. Also the chef came out to greet us which is something you don’t experience often.
A 3 thanks to the server, bar staff and the beautiful grounds. Food, not great. Wine is decent but not local. Thai Turkey and Quail Lo mein at “Italian” spot; no thank you. But may have been better than the asparagus and bolognese
We had an amazing wine tasting, Jamie is so knowledgeable of all the different selection. We had that time of our lives. It was such an intimate experience all with a couple of us girls. The atmosphere is so relaxing and beautiful. Jolene was also an amazing waitress. She suggested the Salmon Picatta. The best Risotto I have ever had. 🤌I can't wait to visit again. The best Birthday I've ever had. ❤️

The wine tasting experience was amazing. They have a maasive tasting room with some snacks. They serve up wines one my one and the portions of each tasing are quite good. We did a mix of white and reds and in the end we ended up consuming a massive portion. It was definitely the most wine that i have consumed during tasting. We ordered flat bread to go with our fine and it was super tasty as well. Overall the experience was amazing. Even though it is expensive it is well worth it. The views from the property are also amazing.
We had dinner reservations for 6 pm. Arrive about an hour early. The hostess was great and seated us with a fabulous view of the Vinyard and sunset. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and her recommendations were spot on. Met a table doing a chefs experience along with meeting the chef (1st class food). What a great overall experience. Finished with a nightcap infront ofvthe fireplace. The wine, food, and service were all first class. We will be back with friends for a chefs experience. Thank you for a wonderful evening! Isabella C was our waitress. From the moment we arrived, we were treated exceptionally well. The view of the place is spectacular. For brunch, my husband and I ordered steak and eggs and also ordered a side of potatoes that tasted amazing (homemade). The chimichurri sauce on the steak was delicious. Highly recommended 100%.
We love this place. I decided to spend my 40th Birthday from Tampa here. It is so nice, the wine, the food and the views are beautiful. Even though it appeared they were short staffed, Matthew took care of us in addition to our waiter. He was wonderful. He even brought me a cookie bowl for dessert. Yum!
We had the pleasure of dining at Monteluce Restaurant when travelling through the area and were so impressed the first night we came back a second night in a row. First off, the food is incredible! Everyone of our dishes came out hot, flavourful and beautifully presented. But, what made the experience absolutely second to none was the service! Isabella D. our server two nights in a row was warm, welcoming, and attentive. And, Chad the Manager went out of his way to welcome us back and make a table for us a second evening despite the venue being full, them hosting a wedding and us not having a reservation. We’ve travelled to many countries in the world , and visited wineries in Tuscany, Greece, Spain & Portugal and this location is just as beautiful and well worth the visit! I’m also not much for review writing - but the food, atmosphere and welcoming staff at Monteluce are 10/10, they deserve to be recognized for being such an incredible North Georgia hidden gem. Just go!
Montaluce Winery is located in the heart of Georgia's wine country. Although fairly remote, this winery is near many other vineyards and the gorgeous little town of Dahlonega which in itself is a great tourist attraction. We ate Sunday brunch at the restaurant on the property, and while it was relatively expensive ($40-$50 per person), the quality was superb and the portion sizes were very generous. The menu is extensive and the staff was excellent. We enjoyed the large variety of wines and cocktails that they had to offer, as well as the stunning views offered at every restaurant and bar, indoor and out.

After reading all the reviews people either love or hate the place. This was out first time there. We celebrated my husband's 65th bday. We went for lunch and it surpassed our expectations. The hostesses were very friendly & personable. Ashley was our server she was outstanding. The food was 10 stars. Thinking about some of the negative reviews, I can sorta understand, but it really depends on your expectations. Like in Italy, there is NO rush at meal time, you are not rushed to leave nor is someone refilling your drink every five minutes. The ambiance is part of the experience. The food is prepared from scratch, so it does take a little longer for it to arrive, but it is definitely worth it in my option. If you don't order an appetizers the wait may feel a little excessive, but again, it's cooked from scratch, and that takes time. Just FYI, they do not serve complimentary bread, but my husband was given a huge homemade dessert complimentary for his bday. We're were there appx 2 hours, it was a memorable experience some of the best food we have ever eaten and great service. If you are in a hurry, this may not be the best place for you. I definitely recommend.
