All the customers adore the menu that offers great Vietnamese cuisine at this restaurant. You can always enjoy nicely cooked oxtail, chicken pho and fillet steaks at Monarch 9. Tasting good cheesecakes, tiramisu and madeleines is what many visitors recommend. You will hardly forget delicious wine or good beer that you can order. One of my favorite places to eat of all time. All of the pho on the menu are amazing and they give you big portions. My absolute favorite here is the vegan pho. My #1 comfort food! Atmosphere is so nice, and customer service has always been great and extremely friendly. They have good vegan and vegetarian options, some of which i prefer and im not even vegan! I've dined in and done take out here and the food is just as good every time. Stop by this place if you can! It's amazing. The pho was fabulous but make sure you get the large. The small is kid sized. And you have to pay upfront I didn't like that but other than that it is an amazing place. Spring rolls so fresh. Was recommended by a friend. It was in a business park which threw me off at first but the atmosphere inside is welcoming and nice. Tommy, wife and staff all super nice The Food? They charge you for water! It's a bit too opportunistic. I almost feel predatory charging from this restaurant. When we asked for water, they brought bottled water. For a casual neighborhood restaurant, this felt wrong. Their pho is mediocre at best. I would not visit this restaurant again. Beautiful Vietnamese food, with French influences. Solid vegan choices, good variety of simple dishes. Did not prefer the counter service ordering for such a nice location and price point.
