This location has amazing and kind staff specially compared to other fast food chains. The pizza quality is great and I love the idea of customizing the pizza however you want because I make it taste how I want it. Price is very good as well. I’ve been here a few time. However, this time was horrible. My pizza was burnt on one side, they forgot the bbq on the Caspian and I found a hair inside my pizza. I had ordered to the wrong location by accident and had to order in house, the one staff member looked like he hated his job. I waited alone in line for 10 mins. For a fast casual dinner option, this place is pretty great. The prices are fair and they offer options for preset pies or the option to make your own with unlimited toppings. They have gluten free and vegan options as well. The people working the counter are always friendly and the turnaround time is pretty quick too! Plenty of seating both inside and out. This has become my go to spot for a quick, well cooked pizza in the area!

Staff was ok. Didn't feel welcomed or greeted. No one seemed happy there. Food was pretty good though. It's a bit pricy for the amount of pizza you get. Probably won't be going back. It was also absolutely freezing inside when it was already freezing outside. Couldn't even take my coat off to eat. 1st time here and definitely not the last, love the thin tender crust. The outside seating was great on this beautiful day... Great Pizza and awesome Employees.... Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Never again. I went there for the first time because I love this pizza chain I have one near where I live. So I decided to give it a try. Very unsanitary. They were touching on everything such as face, mask, jeans without washing their hands or changing their gloves. Then on top of that when I left and began eating my Pizza it was plastic attached to the pizza. And when I went back the guy says oh maybe it's the cheese. And I'm like I know what plastic feels like,that's plastic . It was cut up plastic it was so weird. They did give me something for next time but honestly I don't think I'll be going back. So annoyed now I have no lunch.

How can you not like how MOD Pizza operates? You walk in and pick everything from the crust (There is Gluten Free), toppings or have one of their signature pizzas and still add a little of this and that. I personally am in love with the roasted garlic cloves. Give them your name, pay get your drink sit down and your name is practically being called to come get your piping hot pizza made with fresh delicious ingredients. The handmade drinks and Ice Teas are refreshing, there is milkshakes too! Oh most important is the 'No Name Cake' to top it all off!

Great place! MOD employees were hardworking but fun as well. They will add as many toppings as you want to your pizza all for one low price... for you beer and wine lovers it's also a BYOB! Goes great with the great pizza

Created a custom pizza for online pickup. Order wasn't ready at the specified time so the GM comped my meal + drink! Very nice of them and I will be back to try another combination. Pizza overall tasted good, crust was crispy and your could taste each ingredient.
