Incredible customer service! Christine + Anthony were working today and gave me the full red carpet treatment (first time ever eating Mochinuts!). Mochnuts are an incredible novelty we just discovered! (Imagine a chewy donut). Highly recommend pairing food with the refreshers!! Ordered online, 2 corndogs, a thai iced tea, smoothie and some donuts. I arrived a few minutes early from the recommended time. I was informed that the "fire" wasn't hat enough and my order would take a while. They gave the whole dining room a coupon for a free corndog as an apology. Ok cool. However after over 40 minutes to complete my order they hand me my smoothie as pictured. They never asked if I wanted it when I arrived they just let it melt for 40 minutes.
