If you are not Asian DO NOT come here. I’ve been in and out of this place since 2020. It used to be owned by Wanyoo. Wanyoo gave this place up and these new owners came in and pretty much use this as their little cult club house. If you are not Asian you will be discriminated against. I got told I had to leave if I wasn’t playing any games. It’s a gaming cafe…. Since when can you not lounge before you game? ESPECIALLY when tons of Asian people come in here and do exactly that. They don’t even play any games. I’ve put money into this business just to be treated like this.
If you’re not Asian here, they will look at you like you’re in the way. I promise you. Go to Balance patch in Boston if you want to go to a place where all gamers are welcomed and can be comfortable. Not this cult that only opens to the public 2 days out of the week if they feel like it.

In reply to the representative, I didn’t get “caught” doing anything. I never hid anything. I brought my own console to the cafe MANY times because YOUR OWN gaming cafe doesn’t have any for some ODD reason. I didn’t bypass any system either. Why would I need to bypass your system if I’m not even using your system? I’m using my own console. Clearly you’re not very smart, and probably are on the spectrum. They didn’t like that they weren’t making any money off of me playing on my own console (I still spent money at their cafe) which is weird because I see Asian and white people come in here and play on their Nintendo switch or on their laptops but they’re not told to leave or asked to pay any money. But to show a sign of GOOD FAITH, I paid them $150 for the couple weekends I had came in the past, even though they wanted to charge me like $400 because they were trying to charge me for every day of every weekend when I would only come once a week which doesn’t make any sense. I didn’t even have to do this. They also didn’t mention that they were singling me out and STALKING ME on the cameras to even notice me playing on my console, and then they kept doing it for months. Mind you I’m a black male. Here is where I should’ve stopped coming. But I didn’t, instead, I’d load money on my account and have an unoccupied computer running with money on it, that way they’d get paid for me being there while I’m on MY OWN CONSOLE since they do not have any of their own in their “gaming cafe”. As for me charging my phone today, yes, I wanted to chill and lounge while waiting on my friend that’s was with me earlier, to get back. My account history will show that I spend money here frequently so I don’t see what the issue was if I’m not somebody that’s known to come in here and not provide any business.
I’m actually glad everyone gets to see their response because you can see how much of a liar and a manipulator they are. Making things up instead of taking accountability. Nothing I said was racist towards the “Asian Gaming community”. I didn’t discriminate against anyone’s race. YOU DID. I just stated the facts on what I witnessed here at your business. You kick everybody out and then all the Asian people come in every night and form their cult and do whatever loud activities it is that they do. They don’t even play any games on any of the computers. They just occupy the space and come in and out to smoke cigarettes. How do I know? Because I frequent other businesses in the same building. I’m not making any of this up.

Wow. I can't imagine how good this place is. This Cafe is one of the best in all of MA. They have the perfect staff so kind so nice. The design and detail inside the place is amazing. They have a racing car setup for only 1. Multiple pc's, and VR with private rooms and Mojang. They also have boba but someone them need a refill. I would literally ask for infinite hours if I stay here all the time. I have been here around 9-10 times with one of being with my whole favorite cousins. A suggestions I would say is add new games that are getting into the community like COD and maybe add 2 consoles. There specs are beauty in the pcs. They have a I9 Processor with the newest amd rysen CPU with a 2060 RTX and a asus motherboard with a cpu cooler. If I had one wish. Infinite hours here would be it. I would live ong. So if your tryna game here. This is the place. I just came here yesterday ballin out with the racing car setup in forza 5. Might come here again today or tmmrw.
A good place to go with a group of friends in weekend. There’re quite a bunch of fun things available here and we tried mahjong. Staffs are nice as well.
The worker is very kind and was extremely helpful when any issues came up. The PCs were nice. Had great frames and good quality. There’s drinks and food literally perfect for any gamer.
A spacious place for gamers. It’s very clean. They include some snack options. It is close to many restaurants. This place has:
- A Mahjong room for 4 people
- A large private rooms for rent, it holds 8 gamers for private competition
- A few smaller private rooms that allow a group of 4
- A race car game
- Space for board games
- bathrooms
You would use the games from your existing gaming account. The staff is friendly.
Mixer eSports + Cafe is a great niche addition conveniently located in the Malden area providing an environment for gamers for competitive eSports or casual play. They have expanded their game libraries, space, drinks and PCs to provide a place for people to play comfortably with plenty of air circulation. The PC specs are CPU with Ryzen 5 3600, 16 Glgabyte RAM, 2080 for graphic cards, and monitors at 144 HZ 1080p/ 1MS response time. There are many more private rooms in the back as well for LAN play, mahjong, and possible for tournaments too. There are games already preinstalled on their PCs and you only need to sign in with your own accounts to play! A great space to play and hang out!
Their passionfruit green tea was pretty good too!
We happened to walk by this place and it was an amazing surprise! We were looking for a bubble tea shop, and they also sold bubble tea and snacks at reasonable prices rather than up charging to price gouge. The staff, Chase, was incredibly friendly. He was clearly passionate about games and had amazing customer service. We didn't expect ourselves to go to a gaming cafe today but his friendliness was inviting. The space was very clean and comfortable and everything from equipment to chairs seemed to be of high quality although we did not use them today (only played board games).
The listed prices seemed pretty reasonable, although when we went there today we were informed that the price is actually higher than what was listed. That caught us a little off guard but in the end it came out still relatively reasonable, and we still enjoyed the experience because Chase made the the space very enjoyable.
Their focus is PC gaming (though there is also a race car station and a mahjong room as well). Though they had some board games, the selection was pretty limited. It would be cool to have more board games but it's not a board game cafe so I also understand that.
I overall recommend the place, though would probably double check the pricing with them beforehand. Fun place to hang with great staff and great drink and snack selection.
