Not only are Kate’s cakes amazing but so is she! Communicating with her and placing my order was such a seamless process. I order a mango passion fruit mousse cake with custom design for my Mom’s birthday. Kate captured my vision for the mousse cake perfectly and the flavor profile was the perfect balance of tart and sweet. Hands down, I can confidently say this was one of, if not the best, cake me and my mom have ever had. Will definitely order again and cannot recommend Mini Me Pastry enough!
I am so hard to satisfy when it comes to cakes, grocery cakes are no good, and majority of private bakers mediocre, I love to bake myself so I can enjoy sweet goods, but baking good cakes from scratch takes a lot of time 🕰️ and kitchen mess, who has time for that, when you have kids and full time work. I normally do not write reviews, just very lazy about it. But this place and Kate deserve thousand 5 start review. Cakes are delicious, no too sweet, not too buttery, not grainy; well thought through layers, not simple at all, full of flavor! So excited to find this place, will be ordering again and again
We ordered the pistachio cake and it was so good! Even our friends who don’t like cake had two three pieces. Very flavorful but not over-sweetened. We will def come back again.
I had the most delightful experience of ordering and enjoying Mini Mouse Cakes. These mini treats have amazing flavours and a perfect texture. The quality of ingredients was evident in every bite. The portion size was just right for guilt-free indulgence. I can't wait to order more! Highly recommended for dessert lovers.
