Have never been here and came on Valentine's Day wasn't to busy at the time we came 730pm the food was wonderful ! Everything I had was fresh and delicious! Def come here if you want to be overstuffed lol will def be going back ! Even had selection for kids chicken nuggets fries and more the service was good started out with one lady and another lady kept doing things for us not the 1st one we started with Idk if the 1st had other things to do or what but overall wonderful! Foods lukewarm at best and service sucked she literally sat at the table beside me and just started eating an hour before closing with other tables. She only checked on me knowing I was fdone asking if I wanted more to drink. I was there working on some assignments and figured I'd at least eat something while working so I tried here. Not gonna do it again. The food tasted good was barley warm tho. And again service wasn't up to par. I give a $10 no matter what starting out and it goes up or down from there when I eat alone. Note my food total tonight was $16.07 I just gave them $20 and said keep it. If I was like anyone else without server experience I'd left no tip honestly. But she had bills to pay. I won't come back personally. But if you wanna give it a shot please do foods good just don't be thirsty when you get there lol Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

It's not quite 5 stars but it's a good 4 stars. The carpet has a dingy feel, and the bathrooms aren't always the cleanest. But overall we really enjoy going. Kids 4 and under eat free by the way.. This was my first visit to Ming Garden. It was some of the best Chinese food I've ever had! Much better than any Chinese place in my local area. (Southwestern Virginia) The buffet was well stocked, fresh, and hot. I was blown away by just how many selections there were. The egg drop soup was absolutely amazing. It was my favorite out of everything I tried. :) We were seated quickly after arriving. Our waitress was very kind and attentive even though the restaurant was slightly busy. She was good about taking old plates away and providing refills. The booth we sat at was clean. I will be coming back here. 10/10 on every aspect. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Strawberry Jam

Typical Chinese buffet, not much to say. Some of the stuff on the buffet is good when it’s fresh, some of it isn’t that great. Shrimp sauce should be kept cold, not at room temperature. Teriyaki chicken is great and so are the spring rolls. It’s a buffet and there’s always a chance of food poisoning at any buffet so eat at your own risk. Our waiter was very sweet and attentive. Could have done without the employees’ kids being loud near our table and running around the restaurant. Someone had barfed up their food in the parking lot right outside the door…not a good sign.

Although we appreciate your service to the community, our selections from the dinner buffet on 12/24/23 were disappointing. We came at about 4 pm and noticed that nothing was fresh, the restaurant had flys in it, and dirty dishes left standing. I think more care in providing fresh food needs to be taken. You also need to step up your cleaning routine. At this time I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
