It had been months since I hadn't gone to Mimi's and this time that I returned I noticed a change for the better in all aspects. They attened you way faster than a few years ago, the food is way better than how it was in pandemic. The waiter who attended my table, Joseph, was very attentive and kind to my table! Had an awesome time at Mimi's Cafe recently! The place has this cool, welcoming vibe that makes you feel super comfy right from the get-go. And let me tell you about Vanessa, our server – she was just amazing! Super friendly, always there when we needed her, and she had some great suggestions that we were all about. Now, onto the best part – the food! I went for the Mushroom Brie Melt and, oh boy, it did not disappoint. Imagine this: juicy mushrooms and melty brie cheese sandwiched between crispy, toasted bread.
