Wish you could do half stars because it's definitely a 4.5. Had the California burrito. Was up to par with others I've had through years of being here, size was reflective of the price. The surf and turf plate was also a pretty good deal for the price. Food was visibly fresh, garlic shrimp was fresh as well and not overcooked. Steak portion was thin and a bit overcooked, but it went to to par with thin Carne Asada. Beans were also fresh. Agua Fresca was just right, not too sweet and refreshing. Bathrooms definitely need some attention, but I don't go to restaurants to eat in the bathrooms, just something for the staff to keep in mind.
